FAQs
At the recruitment fairs we attend, some questions crop up time and again. These are addressed here, so you can impress us with others when we meet in person!
I need a work permit. Are you able to organise that for me?
It is a requirement that you are eligible to work in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. If you do not hold an appropriate work permit, regretfully we cannot take your application further.
Do I need a specific degree to be considered for Musgrave?
You don't need a specific degree, but a business related degree would be an advantage. An alternative is to have a general degree supported by a post graduate business qualification.
How recently should I have graduated?
Our roles are aimed at graduates who are looking for their first or second job. However, if you are interested in a career with Musgrave and have more experience you can apply directly for any of our vacancies.
When will I find out if I have been successful?
We endeavour to contact you as soon as possible after each stage of the recruitment process.
What is the duration of the Graduate programme?
The programme usually lasts for two years or two and a half years for finance graduates.
Where can I expect to be in two, five or ten year's time?
As with all our talented people, we expect our graduates to move quickly through the business and we help you develop skills and qualities to do this. When we recruit graduates, we are explicitly looking for future leaders.
Will the office/location where I interview be my home base?
Not necessarily, you will be given details about the specific location of the role at the interview, however, we do require graduates to be flexible about location.
